If you do not currently use one of these contact managers, QuoteWerks has it's own contact database that can be used.
If you are a computer reseller, the Professional and Corporate Editions of QuoteWerks link directly to the offline price guides of PC Industry distributors Ingram Micro, SYNNEX, and Tech Data enabling you to quote products from their databases
The Professional and Corporate Editions of QuoteWerks also link to accounting software such as QuickBooks and Peachtree, which eliminates the need to re-type the sale in your accounting software.
Will QuoteWerks work for me?
If you create quotes or invoices that consist of line items, and you would like to track your cost, profit, and customer price along with part numbers etc, QuoteWerks will work for you. You do not need to use part numbers, and can enter information in the quote sheet on-the-fly. Your products/services can have lengthy descriptions, and a variety of pricing methods.
QuoteWerks gives you the best of both worlds. You can keep a database with a list of your commonly used products and services, and you can also type in services and items on-the-fly in the quote itself.
