Managing Director, Tom Foltz, M.S., P.CRM, has laid a solid foundation for continued growth. Mr. Foltz brings over 25 years of software development and design experience in enterprise wide information management systems to Total Systems, Inc. His former work experiences include working at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida with the United States National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA), Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Indianapolis, and Indiana Bell Telephone. Additionally, Mr. Foltz developed the first globally available exception-based reporting performance analysis system for large IBM mainframes under IBM's MVS operating system. He has presented papers to various computer organizations on improving computer performance and load balancing.
Mr. Foltz was the first Hoosier to obtain the distinguished Professional Customer Relationship Management certification from the AARM, or Associates for Advancing Relationship Management.
Mr. Foltz is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute in Technology in Terre Haute, IN. He holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science degree from Rose in Mathematics.
